Short Term Training Programs (STTP)

Short Term Training Programmes [STTP] are envisaged to enhance the awareness, knowledge and skills of Persons with Disabilities, Parents of Children with Disabilities, Professionals and others working among the Children/Persons with Special needs. STTP programmes are conducted by CRC-Kozhikode at regular intervals in various parts of the state.

Continuing Rehabilitation Education (CRE):
Continuing Rehabilitation Education (CRE) is conducted to upgrade the knowledge and skills of Rehabilitation professionals working in the Disability sector. These programmes are approved by Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with credit points. CRC-Kozhikode is conducting CRE Programmes as per the schedule and guidelines laid down by NIEPMD in different parts of the state.

Parental Training Programmes [PTP]:
Parental Training Programmes are conducted with the objective to empower the Parents of Children with Special needs. To meet this objective Parental Training Programmes covers various aspects of disabilities, awareness regarding the Government schemes, benefits and hands on training is provided in the various dimensions of rehabilitation. CRC-Kozhikode conducts Parental Training Programmes in association with various Government Organizations, NGO’s, Associations and Institutions all over Kerala.
